The Process

Everyone starts here.
Where you go next is up to you.

Apply for a specific role or join the network and let us find the fit. Either way you're in — and so is everything that comes with it.

Access to Levrly Academy. Courses. Certifications. Resources. And a recruiting team that's genuinely in your corner.

We're not here to process applications. We're here to help you build a career in the VA industry. That means we're selective — because when we send you to a client, we want it to be the right match for both of you.

Apply. We'll take it from there.

Step By Step

No surprises.
No black boxes.

01

Create your profile

Fill out your profile completely — skills, experience, availability, and the kind of work you want. Our team reviews every submission for English communication, professionalism, and skill fit. Most reviews happen within a week, and you will hear from us either way.

02

Complete a short assessment

Tell us what kinds of work give you energy and which ones wear you down. This is not a pass/fail — there are no wrong answers. It exists entirely to make sure we match you to a client and a role that fits how you actually work, not just what you are technically capable of.

03

Match and placement

If your profile advances, we will have a conversation — to understand how you think, how you communicate, and what kind of environment brings out your best. From there, your profile is active and permanent. You can apply directly to roles as they open, or we will reach out when something fits. Once placed, you start with clear SOPs, KPIs, and a structured onboarding. You are not figuring it out alone on day one.

Most hiring processes are designed around the client's needs. Ours is designed around both. We want you in the right role — not just any role. That is how we think it should always have been done.

The Standard

What gets someone placed.

We are not looking for the most experienced candidate. We are looking for the right one. Here is what that means.

Reliability — consistent, communicative, and accountable

Systems thinking — you do not just complete tasks, you think about how to do them better

Ownership mindset — you treat the work like it matters, because it does

Coachability — you take feedback well and act on it

Stability — you are looking for a long-term role, not a short-term income bridge

Mindset — you are ready to bet on yourself and thrive

We do not screen for perfection. We screen for potential paired with professionalism. If you have both, we want to hear from you.
